What is IAm?
IAm is a digital identity platform. You get a permanent link and QR code for your personal and/or business profile, so people can find the real you instead of exchanging business cards or typing out social handles.
Is IAm free?
Yes -- the Free plan includes a personal and business profile, your permanent link and QR code, and basic analytics. Premium and Pro unlock more photos, video sections, advanced analytics, and other features -- see our Pricing page.
Do people need an account to view my profile?
No. Anyone can view a public profile just by opening your link or scanning your QR code -- no sign-up required.
If I update my profile, does my link or QR code change?
No. Your link and QR code stay the same for good -- only the content behind them updates. You never need to reprint or reshare a code.
Who can see my profile?
You choose: Public (visible to everyone, including search engines), Public but not indexed by search engines, Connections only, or fully Private. You can change this at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page whenever you like -- see our Refund Policy for billing details.
How do I get my QR code?
Once your profile is complete, your QR code is available on the QR Code page -- you can show it full-screen for someone to scan in person, or download it as a PNG or SVG.
What if someone is harassing or impersonating me?
You can block a user (they're immediately hidden from you and vice versa) or report a profile from that profile's page. Our team reviews reports.
Is my data secure?
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text, and you control your own privacy settings for what's public.
